Paid per task or per hour

Depending on the project. Whichever it is, the rate is shown upfront — you never work without knowing what it pays.

Higher rates as you qualify

Assessment scores and project ratings unlock specialist task families, which pay more than general work.

Paid to your account

Payouts are processed on a regular cycle to the payment method you set during onboarding.

You work as a contractor

Task work is independent contractor work. You choose what to accept, and you're responsible for your own taxes.

How to know we're legitimate

  • We never charge you. Applying, assessments and onboarding are free. Anyone asking taskers for a fee is not us.
  • We don't ask for banking details by email. Payment setup happens in your account, never over chat or email.
  • We're a registered company — Finiks Gadgets LLC — with a public privacy policy and terms, and a real support inbox you can write to before applying.
  • Every project states its rate before you accept it. No vague promises of earnings.
  • Questions first is fine. Email finiksgadgets@gmail.com and ask us anything before you apply.

What you need to start.

Short list, deliberately. Most task families are open to applicants with no prior AI experience.

A laptop or desktopMost annotation and rating tools need a full browser, not a phone.
Reliable internetTasks are done online, and some involve video or audio files.
Strong written languageEnglish for most projects — other languages are actively in demand too.
Attention to detailGuidelines matter. Careful, consistent work is what gets rated highly and paid more.

No. Applying, assessments and onboarding are free, and always will be. If anyone claiming to be Finiks asks you to pay a fee, it isn't us — email us and we'll confirm.

Not for most task families. What matters is careful reading, good written language and following guidelines closely. Specialist projects — medical, legal, engineering — do ask for professional background.

It depends on the task family, difficulty, language and how much you take on. Rather than promise a figure, we show the rate on every project before you accept it — so you always know what a task pays before you do it.

After your application, we invite you to a skills assessment for the task types you picked. Once you've passed, you're matched to projects as they come in from client companies.

No — it's independent contractor work. You choose which tasks to accept and when to work, and you're responsible for your own taxes in your country.

The work is remote, and we recruit internationally. Some client projects restrict location or require particular languages — those are stated on the project.
